1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of WAHAAZE, a MeYonUn Company product (“WAHAAZE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern wahaaze.com, the WAHAAZE desktop browser, and WAHAAZE-operated features that link here (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it. A third party’s separate terms apply when you use that party’s website, search engine, data, content, product, or service.

2. What WAHAAZE provides

WAHAAZE is developing a people-centered way to browse the web and reach search, weather, calendar, finance, current-interest content, and local PONCUS partner or member businesses. Beta, preview, or coming-soon features can be incomplete, change without notice, or never launch.

WAHAAZE is not an internet service provider, search-result publisher, news organization, weather authority, bank, broker, investment adviser, credit bureau, or agent for independent listed businesses.

3. Permission to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, WAHAAZE gives you limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service lawfully. This does not transfer ownership of WAHAAZE software, branding, content, or technology.

Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, which may provide additional rights. WAHAAZE and MeYonUn names, logos, trade dress, and original artwork are not licensed for commercial use without written permission.

4. Eligibility, children, and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, or use the Service with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

Account sign-in and cross-device synchronization shown in the browser are previews and do not currently transmit or store passwords. If accounts launch, you must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Additional account terms may be presented before use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate law or another person’s rights;
• gain or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
• distribute malware, interfere with security, overload infrastructure, or evade technical limits;
• impersonate someone or misrepresent an affiliation with WAHAAZE, MeYonUn Company, PONCUS, or a business;
• scrape or redistribute WAHAAZE-operated content at a scale that harms the Service or violates rights, except as law or a written license allows;
• use WAHAAZE marks or interfaces to create a confusing or deceptive product; or
• help another person do any of these things.

These rules do not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived, including protected security research or interoperability activity.

6. Browsing the open web and third parties

The browser can connect to websites, search providers, downloads, web applications, and other material not owned or controlled by WAHAAZE. You decide whether to visit, download, install, purchase, or rely on third-party material and should review its terms and privacy policy.

A link, result, headline, image, listing, or feed is not an endorsement. WAHAAZE is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, transactions, or conduct. Browser protections cannot stop every malicious or deceptive site, file, or communication.

7. News, entertainment, weather, and finance

Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Headlines and images belong to their publishers or licensors. Weather can change and does not replace official emergency alerts or professional safety advice.

Finance prices, charts, watchlists, and related content are general information and education only—not investment, tax, accounting, credit, or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to transact. Market data may be delayed. Use independent research and qualified advice when appropriate.

8. PONCUS partners and member businesses

Listings may use information supplied by authorized businesses, partners, or public sources. Each business is independent and responsible for its products, services, prices, claims, licenses, safety, and transactions. Unless expressly stated, WAHAAZE is not a party to your agreement with a business. Verify important details directly. Submitters must have rights to names, images, trademarks, and listing information and keep them accurate.

9. Content, feedback, and intellectual property

WAHAAZE software, design, original text, artwork, logos, and materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party names, articles, images, feeds, and data remain their owners’ property.

If you send feedback or ideas, you allow WAHAAZE to use them without restriction or payment while retaining ownership of your original material. This does not permit uses of personal information beyond the Privacy Policy.

Copyright and the DMCA

For material hosted by WAHAAZE, we respond to legally sufficient notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, where applicable. A notice should identify the protected work; identify the allegedly infringing material and its location; provide your contact information; include the required good-faith and accuracy/authority statements; and contain a physical or electronic signature. Complaints about material hosted on a publisher’s site should also go to that publisher or host. Repeat-infringer measures will be applied where required.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains WAHAAZE information practices. Websites and providers reached through WAHAAZE have their own policies. You are responsible for suitable privacy, cookie, location, download, and security settings.

11. Updates, changes, and availability

WAHAAZE may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and provide software or security updates. We may restrict access for maintenance, security, suspected misuse, legal compliance, or protection of users and systems.

Revised Terms will appear here with a new date. Material changes will receive more prominent notice when reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date accepts revised Terms, except where law requires another form of consent.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent law permits, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” WAHAAZE disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or harmful-component-free Service or complete and accurate information.

Where exclusions are not allowed, they apply only to the lawful extent. Nothing limits a consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent law permits, WAHAAZE, MeYonUn Company, and their owners, personnel, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the Service, third-party sites, downloads, or these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid WAHAAZE for the affected Service during the prior 12 months or US $100. This does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. General terms

You must follow applicable import, export, sanctions, and local laws. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and the laws of the state where the WAHAAZE operator is principally established, without conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited as necessary and the rest will continue. Delayed enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without written consent; WAHAAZE may transfer them in an organizational change. These Terms and incorporated notices are the complete agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.
