1. Scope and who we are
WAHAAZE is a MeYonUn Company product. This policy applies to wahaaze.com, the WAHAAZE desktop browser, and WAHAAZE-operated services that link here (the “Services”). It does not govern independent websites, search providers, publishers, data sources, or businesses reached through WAHAAZE.
The browser is under active development. Account sign-in and cross-device synchronization are previews and are not active data collection. If they launch, this policy will be updated before they handle account or synchronized data.
2. Information WAHAAZE handles

WAHAAZE does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or bank-account credentials through the current Services. Finance pages provide market information; they are not financial accounts.
3. How information is used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features; remember on-device choices; operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services; respond to support and rights requests; prevent fraud, malware, and abuse; comply with law; and enforce the Terms.
If optional analytics, advertising, AI, accounts, or sync materially changes these practices, WAHAAZE will provide updated disclosure and any consent required by law.
6. Retention
Local information remains until you delete it, clear browser data, remove the application, or reset device storage. Service logs and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, security, disputes, and legal compliance, then deleted, de-identified, or aggregated when practicable. Third parties set their own retention periods.
7. Security
WAHAAZE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No browser, website, transmission, download, or storage system is completely secure. Keep WAHAAZE and your operating system current and use care with unfamiliar links and files.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Where applicable, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; limit certain sensitive-information uses; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and appeal a request decision. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable right.
WAHAAZE does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, WAHAAZE will provide required notice and opt-out methods, including legally required browser signals where applicable.
- Clear local history, cookies, favorites, calendar entries, or watchlists.
- Choose a search provider and review its privacy settings.
- Deny or revoke location permission in the browser or operating system.
- Decline optional features or contact us with an applicable request.
We may verify identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit one where permitted, subject to verification.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. WAHAAZE does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental notice and verifiable consent. Contact us if you believe a child provided such information. Parents and guardians should supervise browsing; third-party sites may have different age rules.
U.S. federal standards
WAHAAZE’s privacy and security representations are intended to be accurate and honored consistent with Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. Where applicable, WAHAAZE will follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule (COPPA). If WAHAAZE begins sending commercial email, it will provide the identification, address, and opt-out measures required by the CAN-SPAM Act. These laws apply according to their legal scope; this statement does not claim that every law governs every WAHAAZE feature.
10. Third-party websites and services
Search providers, websites, publishers, finance and weather sources, PONCUS businesses, and other third parties are independent. Their policies govern their services. A link, listing, headline, image, or search result does not mean WAHAAZE endorses or controls that party.
11. International use and transfers
WAHAAZE is operated from the United States. Limited online-service information may be processed in the United States or where providers operate. Where required, WAHAAZE will use legally recognized transfer protections. Local device data remains subject to your device, browser, and website settings.
12. Changes
This policy may change as WAHAAZE develops or law changes. We will post the revision and update the effective date. A materially different use of personal information will receive prominent notice or consent when required.

Email privacy@wahaaze.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and identify the right or question involved. Do not email passwords, government identification numbers, or financial-account credentials.
